The Harvard Club of Savannah and Coastal Georgia leadership team brings the best resources  Harvard offers to a city and region that have significant history affecting the nation. We are the only club in the Southeast to bring the Glee Club, Choir, and Opportunes, Harvard’s oldest mixed a capella group, to Savannah, the Hostess City of the South.

Our support of the arts includes group attendance at local events, ranging from The Savannah Musical Festival, a global-class celebration of musical performances to the SCAD Savannah Film Festival, the largest university-run film festival in the world. Club members attend receptions for artists at our local galleries and renew understanding of Americana through the Georgia Historical Society’s programs and archives.

According to the Rolling Stones, Boston to Savannah is “just a shout away”. Club member Victor Petralia photographed this view of the moon setting over the Boston harbor on a summer Sunday morning as he headed back to Savannah.
